1. How long is processing time?

3-5 Business Days Depending on how many orders are in our Queue. You can check the status of your order under Track Your Order Tab Or Feel Free to Email us at CC.YogaFancyPants@Gmail.com and we typically respond withing 24 to 48 hours.

2. How long is Shipping & Delivery?

Please allow 12 to 26 days for delivery in USA. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery in Canada, UK, Australia, Mexico and Other Countries. 

Note delivery times vary depending on our manufacturer and warehouse stock availability and demand. 

Also please note that items will ship from our Overseas Warehouses. We always provide tracking information and you are welcome to message us at any time if you have any questions at cc.yogafancypants@gmail.com.

3. What is your refund policy?

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery confirmation, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your email receipt is good. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an Email at cc.yogafancypants@gmail.com and we will reply with instructions on how to return.

4. What happens after I return my item?

Refunds (if applicable)

We will  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your store credit or  refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. What happens if I need to exchange my item?

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yogafancypants@gmail.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. How long will it take to exchange my item?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

7. Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?

If you ordered more than one item. Sometimes, you may receive multiple packages depending on which one of our manufacturers has it in stock and can deliver the soonest to you. The other items are on the way! Message us if you have any questions about your order or if you would like a tracking link!

8. I did not get all items ordered. What happened?

Don't worry your other items are on their way! Depending on which one of our warehouse/manufacturers has it in stock and can deliver the soonest to you!

9. Do you have a general size chart?

Every item has a size chart or size guide within each product description or images. Please check your measurements carefully as our items can sometimes run smaller than standard sizes unless noted: Fits True to Size. 

Each product is different and made with different materials therefore we do not have a general size chart. If you are unsure which size to pick, follow each size guide or go one size up because most of our products are made with stretchy materials.  Also look at the Tab in Menu Bar on Home Page "Size Info" for more details or with this link: https://yogafancypants.com/pages/size-info

10. Can I use multiple Discount Codes?

Please note that Discount codes can not be combined with other codes or offers. If you have multiple codes or offers you can only use it once at a time. 

11. How Do I Cancel an Order?

You can cancel your order ONLY within 24 Hours of Placing it. No Exception. We send all orders to our fulfillment centers and we are not able to cancel it after this point. Thank you for your understanding.
